When did this error first occur? Dec 29, 2022

Is this an emergency bug? No

Please provide details of the error you are seeing. When trying to start a new conversation, the website tells me "Oops! We ran into some problems." and specifies: "You have reached the limit (100) for conversations." It might be true that I have 100 conversations, I'm not sure. Should I start deleting or archiving conversations or something?

To address the load on the site, I am going to be making an announcement for users to export any/all conversations they are interested in saving to an external thread/google doc. I am working on finding an add on to do this effectively, and it seems one of the resources I had went into effect.

Can you confirm that this is no longer happening? @Meridus
 
I did leave a number of old conversations until I was under the maximum of 100 (bringing those convos under the Trash folder), but now for testing purposes I rejoined those conversations and it appears I'm no longer limited. I can create new conversations :) Thank you! Still don't know how to use the Archive feature, but that's not an urgent thing.

P.S. I'll be in bed soon, so probably won't be able to check stuff anymore.
