I'm not sure if everyone got the notice, but we finally have a full cast!
Time to plot, my children!
I will be sending out a post following this one with the seeds of Odette's plots~ prepare for trouble, and make it double!

so the common theme of this plot web is that we need to establish how the group came about, i mentioned before that meetings were made out of pure coincidence or shared circumstances (read: odette and decca were rivals long before the group was established). if you guys prefer discord or some other platform to plot, please let me know through dms! ok gn.

@lyriclyrandom considering blake was a run-away and out on the streets, they couldve met on the street somewhere? how did blake survive all these years? did they find a rusty knife and blitz people for their money? or maybe find some pitying store owner and work for their bed and board? tell me about their life after they ran away.

regardless, the suggestion i have is that what if odette, after finishing her business, maybe stumbled upon them in any alleyway? probably bleeding out of somewhere uncomfortable? i can just imagine her trying to ask them if they're okay only to receive non-verbal cues and answers.

@Nyctibius qq, would you actually mind doing this through DMs? if so, or not: youve established that alex has been them close to six years now? according to the shaky timeline, alex was probably one of the first to be accepted into odette's team, next to decca and maybe easton.

what did alex's road to recovery look like? casual visits to a shooting range? a cool walk in a nearby park? at the bottom of a bottle? either way, i was thinking that alex couldve stumbled upon odette in the middle of a business deal actually? back then she really only had herself, so most people didnt take her seriously (a young, 22 year old woman trying to sell guns). probably got slapped or something other, maybe alex jumped in?

@Lo ah yes hello my reptillian hating friend. so first question is, is viv a mobile hacker? can she make due with a laptop and a tablet or is she chained to a whole big-rig of no less than twelve monitors and six keyboards?

also, i think out of all the team members viv mightve been the one odette had to actively look for (craigslist for the blackmarket? LUL. go to a dark website and pray to god you can contact someone instead of getting hacked somehow). since she was seeking employment, odette couldve been the one to reach out first?

@Metallic mk so im assuming easton is actually a part of odette's mafia family as a driver? if so, they probably met long before odette stepped down as a hitman and became an armsdealer. when the family wasnt sending him out on raids or collections, he couldve been assigned as her driver maybe, or even promoted to it fulltime? they couldve naturally become closer after a few close calls (sending him texts at god knows what time to pick her up from a seedy location, probably bleeding and scuffed from her job). hell, he couldve been the one to pick her up the night she ruined her hands.

Blake survived by pure wit. But in detail, they stole a knife from their adoptive parents and when they found an abandoned building near a forest they used snares to catch small animals to eat.

While out checking their snares, a hunter mistook them for an animal and shot at them. They managed to get away, but a bullet had grazed the side of their stomach pretty bad. They'd ran and hid in the closest alley they could find before checking their wound.

For the moment, they rested and applied pressure to cause less bleeding. While waiting for the adrenaline to go down, a stranger walked down the alley and found them. When the stranger asked if they were okay, they revealed the wound. The stranger was Odette.

@lyriclyrandom hun, you don't have to roleplay any of it out yet, we're just in the planning phase.

Also, I'm a bit confused? You seem to oscillate between being in the woodland and being in the city? As I understand it, at that point in their life Blake was already in the deep city, considering their adoptive family took him in, so already there's a questionable lack of small animals to eat or hunters to find them for even without specifying which city they're in. Unless you mean potentially pigeons and rats, in which case it's already against their odds to have survived this long.

I think its a common misconception by outsiders that Decca is actually the leader of this group. Decca just walks away most the time.

Decca and Alex have had... Relations.

Decca hates guns because of Alex somehow. Reasons are to be decided.

Decca is awkwardly tall, like 6'3"

No no, they ran off and found an abandoned building next to a foresty area. They stayed in the abandoned building and made snares in the foresty area. It's not like a huge forest, more like the place Jess would run off to in Bridge To Terrabithia.​

@The Wanderer Hello, we are indeed~! The hitter is pretty much the combat specialist of the group! If someone is blocking their path or threatening them with bodily harm, the hitter is the person they turn to. It's advised that said hitter is a former special forces, military, or mercenary. Lots of sharp knives and nasty close combat techniques! They don't necessarily have to be an evil criminal outright or trigger happy, but they will be riding with a lot of outlaws who have done lots of bad things in their own fields. The age limit has been set as late twenties to early thirties~ If you're interested please fill this profile out, please use anime face claims. If you'd like some help or suggestions with fc's, please don't hesitate to ask me.

@baman begins I'm thinking viv prefers a Mobil setup because you never know when the reptilloans will sick their goblins on you from out of the blue. She's gotta be able to make a clean getaway whenever and wherever she happens to be at the moment. I see her having a laptop on her person at all times for smaller hacks and a panel van stuffed to the gills with gear for bigger ones.

Also, I was thinking she more or less inserted herself into the group sort of like Ed from Beebop. "Oh hey, I've heard of you guys. Why dont ya let me join up. I'm pretty good with tech as you can see by how I've hijacked all your phones and computers." Something along those lines lol.
