I go by candlewhisperer. I identify as female and use she/her pronouns. I have been on a LONG RP hiatus. I'm looking to get back into writing but might be a bit rusty! I write 1-5 paragraphs mainly but do more if feeling really inspired or posting a starter post, often I tend to mirror others. I do like slightly shorter posts during conversations between characters and during smut scenes to allow for more interaction. My starter posts and posts involving word building tend to be longer (anywhere from 600-1000+words, I don't expect people to mirror this). I write third person, past tense. I'm not picky with grammar or spelling as long as your post makes sense. I personally do my best to proofread my posts but some mistakes will happen. I love plot, smut, angst, adventure and lots of drama. Smut is important to me but I also need to have a good plot going on. My favourite genre is fantasy either in a modern or any historical setting (such as medieval or Victorian). I could be persuaded however to dabble in the post-apocalyptic, paranormal genres and even slice of life if you have a character and story that intrigues me enough. I like to play one female main character but can play multiple side characters of any gender.
I don't have a writing requirement for my partners although unless previously agreed upon please no one liners. I am ghosting friendly, I will consider a roleplay finished after four weeks of no replies unless I am told before hand of the absence. I myself do not ghost, I prefer to communicate about the roleplay if I'm losing interest in it but I understand some people don't and find it easier to ghost. Currently I can post every 1-3 days, sometimes I can post more than once a day, it all depends on my schedule which does change. Sometimes life gets crazy though so if I haven't replied within a week please feel free to give me a little reminder nudge. I would like a partner who can post at least once a week (preferably more). Also, I would like some OOC discussion to talk about the plot, characters, etc. Generally, I like to play either capable and sassy female characters who have a submissive side in the bedroom or sweet innocent female characters that become corrupted later on. Below are my kinks and limits as well as pairings/plots that I am interested in.

Shadow and Light- Fae Fantasy- Assassin Princess x Powerful Shadow Fae King
The world of Fae consists of 6 Courts. The two most powerful ones are the Light and Shadow Courts. Alongside these courts are the season Courts- Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. Each Court is ruled by a monarch. These mystical kingdoms are teeming with a diverse array of fantastical creatures. There is peace currently amongst the Courts but there is an undercurrent of tension between all of them due to a bloody history. Ambassadors fluidly move between the Courts, representing their interests and fostering fragile alliances to maintain a tenuous balance. The Light court thrive off of the sun and light. The Shadow Court is the opposite and has a reputation for being the villainous Court although this is not necessarily true.
50 years ago the Light Court was cursed, the curse made it so that the sun was forever enshrouded in an eclipse within its borders. This was devastating for the Light Court for their magic relies on the sun. Famine, disease and unrest spread throughout the lands. Barely holding themselves together, the Light Court blames the Shadow Court for the curse though there is no proof of that. My character is the Princess of the Light Court. She was born 29 years after the curse was set, with an ability to harness the suns power even if the sun is not there. Her father decides to use this power and sends her away as a child to train her powers and become an assassin, with the ultimate goal being that on her 21st birthday (when the Fae become of age) she will be sent to the Shadow Kingdom as an ambassador where she will try to destroy the Shadow Court from within by sabotaging any plans they may have and eventually assassinating the King of the Shadow Court (YC). YC is powerful and doesn't trust my character when she arrives at his court. They start off hating each other and mistrusting one another but are physically attracted. Eventually my character will learn that it wasn't the Shadow Court who cursed her lands. The Shadow King and MC go from enemies with a lot of sexual tension between them, to reluctant allies and then eventually lovers.
Picking a Consort- Fae King x Human
The Fae King (YC) of the land must pick a Queen to continue his blood line. Ancient and bored the Fae King decides to have some fun with this, setting up a competition for females of all types of creatures to compete for his hand in marriage. He sends out men from his court to pick the most beautiful woman they can find to sponsor them in the competition. MC is a barmaid, poor, and human. Beautiful, charming, witty and not afraid to stand up for herself, a member of the Fae Kings Court sees something in her and offers to pay off all of her families debts if she partakes in the competition with him being her sponsor. MC doesn't believe she will capture the Kings attention and indeed she does not right away, but her witty attitude and clever sarcasm does bring his attention to her. I imagine lots of court intrigue, politics, sexual attention and drama. Maybe even a murder or two. There is more that I would like to discuss and work out with my RP partner, such as what the competition entails and all the drama that can take place during it.
The Pirate King- Pirate Captain x Wealthy Merchants Daughter
Legends of the Pirate King (YC) travel across the continent in fear. He's called blood thirsty, a monster, a god. Such is his power and reputation on the sea. When his pirates raid a very wealthy merchant ship, they find the merchant has his family on board, consisting of his wife and three daughters. The family is faced with a terrible demand. YC will take the loot but spare everyones lives on board in exchange for one of his daughters. Determined to save her sisters, the middle sister, (MC) volunteers herself and thus MC is launched into a world of adventure and piracy. I haven't thought beyond that for plot and would love to brainstorm with someone for what the characters can get up to while together. I imagine these pirates being like the ones in Pirates of the Caribbean.
Hades and Persephone
I don't have a plot for this but would love to do something with these two. Could be set in any time period.

Harry Potter-I'm a big HP fan. Would love to do an RP with OCxOC, AstoriaxDraco (after they graduate from Hogwarts), SnapexAssistant (former student).
LotR- seen the movies multiple times including the Hobit and the new show. Haven't read the books. They are on my TBR. I'm not super knowledgeable about Tolkiens world beyond the movies although eventually I hope to be. Please don't come at me. Would be looking for probably OCxOC.
GoT- seen the show and the spin off. Read three of the books a long time ago. This series is also on my TBR. Again please don't come at me lol. Would be looking for OCxOC or possibly RobbxOC.
