  • Hello! Finally getting around to creating a request thread here. I would consider myself literate, typically multi-para (sometimes delving into novella at times too for the right partner), third-person past tense, and I usually play MxF pairings. I can play male or female. I've also been interested in trying a MxM pairing (with masculine male characters only). This would be a brand new pairing for me though so would definitely appreciate some patience :)

  • I love romance, drama, and angst. Give me complicated characters with traumatic pasts and a nice slow burn romance with plenty of drama and angst and I'm hooked! I enjoy world building, character development, introducing side characters, and OOC chat to keep the RP moving forward.

  • Prefer DMs - one for the RP, and one for OOC plotting/chat.

  • As far as response time goes, I am fairly active. However, I work a busy, full-time job, I have a family, friends and hobbies. Currently I'm not willing to dedicate more than about one post per week (sometimes more often, sometimes less often). Feel free to give me a nudge after a few days of no response, but if you continue to hound me for a reply, I will likely quit on you.

  • I have gotten a lot more picky with partners as of late so I appreciate writing samples and discussion on post length, plotting, characters, etc. ahead of time. I like a general idea of where the RP will go and the relationship between characters, but I also like to think of ideas and character develop as the RP progress (I don't do well planning everything out ahead of time).

  • Happy to provide a writing sample myself if requested!

  • A note on ghosting: I've inadvertently done it to other people, and I've had people do it to me. We all get busy, or we lose interest in the RP, or we just don't feel like writing anymore… it's all good! I don't take it personally. If you want to tell me you're done, cool, I appreciate the heads up. If not and you choose to just disappear, no sweat! Usually after about a month with no contact, I will assume the RP is done, and you can assume the same.
