Remembering an old Simpsons episode prompted me to look up In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida again, because I couldn't remember actually having listened to all 17 minutes of it before.


This song makes me think of people in Nixon's administration saying things like, "These hippies, they smoke their marijuana and then they think they're playing good music... but they're not playing good music..." And of course I imagine this being said in Hank Hill's voice.

I came across some anime on YouTube and I fell in love with a minor character.
"Umamusume: Pretty Derby" features "Horse Girls" in an alternate world that are reincarnated from horses in our world.
"Rice Shower" is kind of an ugly ducking. Trying to be her best, she scores upset victories and is booed by the racing fans.
But there's one person in her life that she's a hero to....
