How does a member become an Umbra Supporter? Does it require a monthly donation or just a one-off donation?

I can't find any information about becoming an Umbra Supporter on the site.

To get the yellow name/ the giving apple badge, it's just a one time donation if you wanted to do that.

I just want to give back and support the site since it's one of the few independent ones out there and I've had a good time here so far. I guess I could just manually donate every month in that case. Thanks.

You definitely do not need to donate every month to maintain the umbra supporter option. You get it for even donating to the site one time, as a thanks for supporting us.
