When did this error first occur? Dec 31, 2022

Is this an emergency bug? No

Please provide details of the error you are seeing. I would like the emails that a conversation someone replied to not come after midnight the next day. That isn't a soon enough notification.

Thank you for your feedback! The email notifications are a courtesy addition to what Umbra offers, and as we upgrade and rebuild, you may find some of these more trivial things popping up.

We're not really sure why you're experiencing emails coming in that late, as our tests showed that email notifications are being sent immediately.

Rei is working diligently to navigate this transition and growth, and you can read about updates in the Announcements.

As always, though we hear you that it may not be most ideal, you can log into the site to check notifications and replies. We also have a new feature that allows for push notifications to pop up on your desktop! Super cool.

We also want to take a quick moment to note that this isn't necessarily a bug or a breakdown in the site, and is more related to site feedback—which has its very own forum.
