Please provide details of the error you are seeing. I have been unable to complete Account progress tasks. I have actually had this problem since I joined. I clicked on and reacted to the 'Check out the Reqeust Thread' task and it still didn't complete it. I saw the 'x' button and dimissed it but when I tried to do the next task it still wouldn't complete. Not sure what I'm doing wrong at this point. xD

Please provide details of the error you are seeing. Unable to sort PMs through folders anymore. Also, I've just noticed that there isn't the option to turn off the "Last seen" feature (in PMs still). Have those things been deleted with the update?

I forget where the form is, but no it's not an emergency bug, and I didn't clear my cache.

The issue is that when I try to access chat (which I haven't done in over a year), the line for chat at the bottom of the page is hidden behind a message asking me to enable push notifications. When I try to close that message, it gets replaced by an even taller message saying that we strongly recommend it. Refreshing the page reverts to the original question. So for those who don't like push notifications, it seems the chat widget will always be hidden.

There was an update that broke the 'last read' in PMs, I had to update some add-ons to fix it, but the online status should overwrite this. If it isn't doing that, please let me know and I will do some more research.

Just so you are aware, the bug report form is linked at the top of the chat, as well as in the Forms area of the site.

Can you get a screenshot of this for me? I want to figure out what is happening with it so I can solve it, but I need to see the physical context to be able to do this.

The push notification should go away after clicking that 'x', - if it isn't, that means something else is going wrong behind the scenes.
 
Chat enabled on loading any page:

The thin lighter-grey band above the push message is clickable to bring up the chat.

After clicking the x button to clear the push message:
Close.png

The blue band persists until I load a new page, then it goes back to looking like the first image.

It may also help that I'm using Chrome with the Adblock Plus extension.


Edit: Oh, you know what? I'm dumb, I didn't read that there was a link in the blue band to never ask again. I clicked that and it's gone now.

Sorry it took me so long to get these handled, yall. But I *think* I've got it.

Can you go into your Inboxes and make sure you're able to see/create folders on the left-hand side?
